裏木曽と呼ばれる地域で採れたヒノキ（檜）を贅沢に一枚板で仕上げたまな板です。正方形という形が、今までのまな板では実現しなかった小回りを利かす事が可能です。木製ならではの柔らかさは包丁に優しくて刃当たりもよく、食材をトントンと心地よくスムーズに切る事ができます。また、天然の抗菌効果・消臭効果があるとされ、清潔に気持ちよくお使い頂けます。
